    CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

    Chris T. Campbell, retired professional basketball player originally from Marion, AR, now residing in McKinney, TX, boasts a 15-year career with notable international accomplishments in Venezuela, the Dominican Republic, Russia, and Hungary, earning the title of Import Player of the Year in Hungary. Post-retirement, he founded Campbell Consulting, LLC in Dallas, TX, providing player management and consultancy services to elite organizations like the Dallas Mavericks and Los Angeles Lakers.

    Campbell is deeply involved in youth basketball, founding the nationally ranked Campbell Elite 2026 boys team, coaching on the Nike circuit, and leading his AAU team to win the USA basketball championship in 2023. As Program Director and Business Consultant for the One Cent Foundation in Memphis, TN, he contributes to community engagement and youth development. Additionally, Campbell established PACE Academy, emphasizing athlete development and personal growth. His transition from a player to a mentor and leader underscores his enduring commitment to basketball and solidifies his respected status in the sports community.

    CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

    Ashley Campbell, a graduate of Alabama A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, has made significant strides in her career as a Mechanical Engineer and a leader in basketball coaching. Recognized for her academic excellence, she has held pivotal roles in the engineering field, most notably as the Chief Operating Officer of CurlBand Company LLC, where she spearheaded the development of the patent-pending CurlBand. Her experience extends to various engineering capacities at Memphis Light Gas and Water, Boeing Inc., and L-3 Communications, demonstrating her expertise in project management and technical development.

    In addition to her engineering achievements, Ashley is deeply passionate about basketball, a pursuit that has led her to the educational sector as the Chief Operating Officer of PACE Academy. Here, she merges her leadership skills with her love for the sport, significantly contributing to the academy's success and coaching the Lady Ballers & Campbell Elite girls teams while managing the operations of various AAU teams. Ashley's unique combination of engineering acumen and sports coaching exemplifies her versatility and dedication, making her a role model and an influential figure in both the technical and sports communities.

    Demetrius Alexander, an assistant coach at Pace Academy, boasts a multifaceted professional background encompassing a successful basketball career and proficiency in business development and sales. As a former professional athlete, he achieved notable milestones, including winning the EuroCup MVP, playing for teams like Hapoel Galil Elyon in the Israeli Basketball Super League, and signing with the NBA's Utah Jazz. Transitioning to coaching, Demetrius channels his extensive experience to mentor and shape the next generation of athletes at Pace Academy, showcasing a remarkable ability to connect with young players and imparting valuable basketball knowledge.

    Beyond the court, his versatility shines through roles in customer service, sales, and sports instruction, highlighting skills such as effective communication, leadership, and strategic thinking that complement his coaching prowess.
